I don't know if there's already stuff like this on here. but still, I don't really know what the best riff is. It's up to you. I think it's the sweet child o mine intro. gibson.com
EDIT: The Of Wolf and Man intro. I bought the Black Album and it blew me away.

he said which riff, not which song...there are many riffs in those songs.

my favorite would be the first riff after the intro of Impulse, or the intro riff of No Business to be done on a dead planet, oooor the second main riff of these fevered times. they're just all catchy.

Has this one forgotten about Cave and Stockholm?! :@

ahh did you see the fuzz factory and bareknuckles in my gear also??? lol
There's many a good Muse riff, i can't forget any of them.
Best of the rest: Hysteria, Supermassive Blackhole, Stockholm Syndrome, The Small Print, Citizen Erased, Bliss, New Born, Time is running out, Showbiz............

I could go on for much longer listing the amount of awesome riffs in Muse songs.......

Its the kind of riff that makes you throw your cornflakes across the kitchen when it comes on the stereo.

do yourself a favour and check out that Dying Fetus song "Pissing In The Mainstream", the riff at about 1:15 or so is a monster, easily on a par with anything slayer have done.

Black Dog is a fantastic riff. Try getting that out of your head when it's lodged itself in there. Tool has some great riffs too.
