I know these aren't the only causes, but does it come from tightening or loosening the truss rod too much?

it comes from then humidity, and yes if it is tightened too much it could bend the neck, just turn it the other way to fix it.

And it should be pretty obvious if it is in backbow right. I'm kind of stressing over it cause it doesn't look like it is and it plays great, but I just want to make sure.

If it plays great then why would you want to stress yourself over it?
