I have a vibro champ which is ok.... but i mean it cant do everyhting. I dont gig, dont plan to. Do you guys think a Pocket Pod or Pod 2.0 would be a nice option for headphones or just direct recording?

A POD 2.0 is pretty much made for recording. Don't plan on gigging with it though. A Zoom G2.1u might suit gigging and recording and its a little cheaper

yeh, get the 2.0 and a midi to USB cable. you might also need something to take the two 1/4 inch outputs from it and put that into your sound card

Head and Cab for $130? You don't need a head and cabinet, you need a psychological examination.
