im looking to find the title of a song i have stuck in my head...

its a fairly old song, which i thought was sung by sheryl crow but i cant find it anywehere. i might be wrong but im fairly sure the lyrics are
'the sun is shining down on san francisco bay...and it doesnt really matter any way'
any suggestions would be appreciated cause i cant find it after searching on line for haf an hour! cheers

1) dont be lazy and read my post - i have searched the internet, as some one suggested, i have searched for the lyrics but suspected they were wrong, so it didnt get me far
