mine is definitely Anvil: The Story of Anvil. I saw it at SXSW last week and it was so good. Pretty much like a real-life Spinal Tap. The guys did a Q&A afterwards and they really are just like they were in the movie. I don't think it comes out in the states until April 10th, but here's the trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=umAxeO-QfmY

It's a mocumentary.

Spinal Tap is completely overrated, and barely funny, IMO.

The ONLY rockumentary you'll ever need is this.

You're welcome.

It's a mocumentary.

It's a comedy as far as I care.

A comedy that parodies documentaries.
But, it is a rockumentary.

It's a mocumentary or mock rocumentary.
A documentary about a fiction rock band as far as I know.
sometimes I see us in a cymbal splash or in the sound of a car crash

But that's not really a documentary.
This gets confusing

IMO, it's primarily a comedy movie.

I just really don't like the term

But, importantly, it's not a rockumentary.

"Walk With Me In Hell"
this shows the life of Lamb of God AND shows what is to be a metalhead, with a family
After all you fell in love with death,
Life has aborted.
All you've had and all you became,
The night is calling, you pray forth.

Well I don't like people calling it a documentary when it's not.

Metal: A Headbanger's Journey is pretty good.

IMO, it's only good if you have little to no understanding of metal.

It's an entertaining watch, but it barely scratches the surface. Not to mention a few of the non-musicians he interviewed were just complete idiots.

I liked it, but, for me, it's nowhere near my favorite.
