semi=half, if thats what you want then

standard- Eadgbe
semi- Eb,ab,db,gb,bb, eb (all tuned down a half flat)

Make the A string sound like the 4th fret on the low E string, and then make the 5th fret on the low E sound like the A string, and then continue normally for all of the other strings like you normally would

This, of course, on a fixed bridge guitar. If you're playing an FR-like tremolo (or any kind of tremolo for that matter), get a tuner and tune like you normally would, but half a step lower.
