Before I begin, I have looked around thoroughly and am unable to find an answer to my problem without asking other sentient human beings and getting an answer to my question instead of piecing it together from articles that may or may not have anything to do with it.

My floyd rose cannot pull up without going very sharp. Once in tune it will divebomb all you want and come back to perfect tuning immediately after. However, as soon as I pull up it returns to a position slightly back of where it should be and goes sharp. I realize that I could tune it in that position but then I can't divebomb. So the quesion here is:

Why will my floyd not stay in tune after pulling up, and is there anything I can do to fix it? (I have tried all the conventional methods but feel free to suggest those anyways, I may have missed something)
The electric guitar forum will probably be able to answer this question better.
have you set it up properly??

the bridge is supposed to be parallel to the neck
