i've got a zoom g2.1u, but i want a separate wah.

im looking at the mark tremonti power wah.

http://www.guitarampkeyboard.com/en/mark-tremonti/11261

im choosing this over the vai bad horsie, 'cos of the boost function, mainly.

what i want to know, will having a modelling amp affect the sound in any way?

thanks

well just turn the wah on the mfx off?
1. You're surfing the internet.
2. You're browsing through the UG forums.
3. You're reading now.
5. You didn't notice that there was no #4.
6. You just checked it.
7. Now you're having a lil smile.

Go for it. UG people will say "Omg!Modellinhampisevil@!!2", but it will work and sound fine - as good as your amp does. If you want a wah, then do it.

[quote="'[BurnTheDusk"]']Boss pedals may be built like tanks but I would rather buy a cardboard box that is on my side than pay for a tank that is working against me.
