Today I got sustainer/compression pedals in my head for some reason. This got me thinking about how Fernandes has that sustainer thing that can also turn into feedback. So I was wondering if there was a pedal that can do the same, since getting harmonic feedback is a cool effect but it is so hard to control, especially when your amp is at a low volume. So does anyone know of this kind of thing?

the boss DF 2, Super Feedbacker & Distortion.
when you first press the pedal a single time the distortion goes on, but when you hold your foot on the pedal it gives feedback.

Edit:
more info

It isn't in production any more but you can find plenty of them on internet.

Boss had the DF-2 Super Feedbacker & Distortion, which is pretty similar to a DS-1 that captures the note you're playing and changes it into a feedback-like one. If i'm not mistaken it is disontinued though.

Also, i believe you might want to post this in the gear forum.
