I love Zakk Wylde's solos in Stand Up and Shout and Mama I'm Coming Home. There are a lot of Dave Navarro solos I love. John Frusciantes's solos in L'Via L'Viaquez rock. Jack White's solos in live versions of blue veins are incredible.
