Anyone who read the thread I posted a couple of days ago asking if I was wrong to tell a keyboard player that he wasn't going to be in the band at all as he got really arrogant about havening to audition, well the keyboard player we have plays all the Pink Floyd/Yes/Rush/Dream Theater stuff , fun, fun time.

I'm glad it worked out. Maybe the lesson learned, is that if you're going to lead, you have to trust your instincts. Hopefully he will continue to be a good addition. If not, I think you will know what to do. This isn't brain surgery. Either people get along with each other, or things go wrong. I don't know exactly how to put this, but sometimes you just know what to do.
