Hey, just restrung my guitar and for some reason I'm experiencing a lot more string buzz than normal on the new strings, especially the low E.

Not sure if this is normal, but I've never had this before on my older strings even after I just put them on.

It's actually pretty loud. When I tap down on the strings, I get a loud annoying buzz.

It sounds like they're loose, but they're tuned properly and not slipping out of tune or anything.

Thanks for the help!

look down the neck. hopefully it's not too bowed or anything like that. maybe the trem needs to be loosened. did you switch string gauge?

i've had this happen to me to when i switched from Ernie Ball Super Slinkys to Dean Markley Blue Steels, it buzzed like an annoying bitch. but after the strings got broke in it eventually quit buzzing (( :

Nope, same string gauge as always.

.09's

I'll check to see if there's any bowing, but I doubt it.

If it is normal, then I feel pretty stupid.

Maybe it just depends on how you string it each time because the last time I restrung the buzz wasn't as noticeable.

Thanks for all the help.

Sorry for double post.
