So we've all heard of those Punk Goes... Compilations but does anyone else think it would be fun to switch things around and have popular pop bands cover punk staples? If it were to happen who would you want to cover what songs? I'm getting some recording equipment soon so I may make a stereotypical pop song out of a punk song as well. I think this would be awesome to see but on the otherhand, I wouldn't want an amazing song get potentially ruined by some ****ty mainstream artists. So what would you like to see covered and by who?

That's actually a fun idea. If I knew anything about pop I'd cover "Complete Control" or something.

That album is so sick, they did the whole thing by memory too. I wouldn't really call it a pop album though.

It's definitely a neat idea though, if I had a synth I'd try it.

Every time I hear Save Your Generation now, I imagine him singing "You're no punk, and I'm telling everyone!!" under that awful production and cringe.
