anyone know any transcribing programs that can slow songs down without changing the pitch?

Tabs (R. Maziarz) and Bakerman (J. Baker) transcribed (very accurate) many tunes included whole LP "Suspended Animation", "Systematic Chaos" i "Octavarium". They used ASD even though they have isolated tracks.
