I recently bought an Ibanez JS100 planning to replace the stock pickups(which suck) with DiMarzio pickups, but i need sum advice on which pickups to buy.

I was thinking about one of these combinations:
bridge: FRED neck: Paf Pro
or:
bridge: MO' Joe neck: Paf Joe

or maybe a combination of 2 of these 4 pickups

advice please

PS. Sry if i posted in wrong section, i'm new to the forum as you can see.

Depends what you want. I don't think the difference between them will be overshadowingly big, but one might be better suited to your needs. I think the PAF Joe is just a higher output version of the PAF Pro so if you are more into metal or other hard edged music I'd go with the Joe, classic rock and others I'd take the Pro. As far as the bridge pickup, the Fred has a rich array of overtones and the Mo' Jo is higher output. I'd personally go with a Joe/Mo' Joe combo but thats just me.
Chain:
Fingers -> Schecter Damien FR -> Fulltone OCD -> ABY Box -> Bugera V22 / Peavey 6505+
