I like listening to a lot of slipknot but i cant play it cuz it sounds so weird when i try so does anyone know what tuning they use
#2
If you're in standard it will do.

Most tabs will have the tuning on there anyway. What songs are you talking about because they've used a few tunings.

For lower tunings you want thicker strings otherwise they'll flop about. Try .13s or something like that. If you like fat strings go for 14's but you won't get standard with those.

For standard .13s is the highest you should go. Get it set up too.

Not really, it takes 2 seconds to get used to it. You fingers might become sore while you get used to the thickness but that's normal.

You will need a set up doing though, that is definitely a must, otherwise it'll screw up your guitar from the extra tension.

No idea, not into slipknot at all (or metal in general really, I'm a punk kid).

They tune drop B, and drop A occasionally. Use heavy-gauge strings like 12's or 13's. Mick Thomson uses 14's, and that's what his signature Ibanez comes equipped with.
#16
they are all in drop B, exept for their new "all hope is gone" album, which uses drop A on most of the album
#18
some of the rhythm guitar on All Hope Is Gone is painfully hard. just watch the guitar world video with Mick Thomson and you can see how fast he plays.

Before i Forget is probs the easiest

Imagine the part of the ballsack where occasionally old poo sticks to the pubes and hardens, and you then have to pull out, but as an amp. That's an MG.
