Im looking for a new bass head, and Im wondering if this one is good.

Has anyone played it?

I play metal/rock, so I'll be using this amp for those 2 genres if I do purchase it.

Does it get loud enough to hear clearly while the whole band is playing?

thanks guys

depends on your cab but i daresay it will fulfill anything you need from it, it's a damn good head with a lot of versatility

Yeah, that's my rig. It's definitely loud enough for a rock jam. I'd recommend getting a 210 and a 115 if you can, I had 'em both and had to ditch the 115 for some quick cash, and I lost a LOT of volume from it. If your drummer isn't a beast, you should be alright. The tone is sick, though.

Princeton Reverb, Extra Reverb
P-Bass - Mustang Bass

yeah go with that head it's extremely versatile.

also it wouldn't happen to be an aluminium speaker one by any chance? i'm tossing up between a paper coned 2x10 hartke or the aluminium version

IMO you should save a little more and get a Hartke LH500

I think you need to stop caring what people think about it. I stayed home all day today and masturbated like 5 times. Fucking blast.
