On my B-string there's a twangy sound and i don't know whats wrong, so any fixes?

my epiphone les paul does the exact same thing. i have no idea what it is, ive always assumed it was bad craftsmanship. it constantly sounds out of tune, i cringe everytime i play it. i also can't get the intonation correct save my life. once one string's intonation is on, the rest of them go out.

It's not super bad but it just sounds alittle different then the other strings. It might be the bridge but I don't know nothin bout fixin that

its because of bolted neck...try to find it in your manual...you have to set it sometimes...

check if the nut has a hole on it. that was the problem on one of my friend's guitar. he got a piece of folded paper on the slot, and the thing got fixed.
