Evening all,

What do people here think about the Squier Deluxe Strat? I'm looking for something decent to replace my tuppence and ha'penny MDF classical eBay axe (how metal am I?), and this seems to fit my bill, which is a strat-shaped body, single coils, decent hardware, leaves me with enough money to buy an amp. Whadaya think?

P.S. I tried using the searchbar: nothing came up that fit my bill.

they are very good guitars for the price that they are sold at,
great value for the money

Good guitar for the money

I would go extra dough and get a Vintage Modified one though
Vintage V-100, EMG 81&60
Chapman ML-1

Yeah, that one.

.:EDIT:.

What is the difference between one of these and the Vintage Modified?

Ya, I'm probably getting the same thing, I tried one out in a store and it sounded pretty good, and for $280, its a really good deal, so I'd say go for it!
