Hey, I covered the intro to Hearts Burst Into Fire today.

The editing is really bad (lol, I don't have a pedal so I couldn't quickly change between clean and distorted, so I had to edit it.)

Anyway, i've been playing for about 3 or 4 months and learned this yesterday, so my tapping isn't very good and it's sloppy etc.

C&C please (just don't comment on the editing, lol)

Original for comparison

My cover

Thanks

If you are rowing down the road in your canoe and your wagon wheel falls off. How many pancakes does it take to make a doghouse?

Green, because a vest has no sleeves.

Can't we all just get a bong?

yeh... i know for a fact it would sound good if it WAS in tune
get a tuner and look up how to tune on the internet if u dont know how to.

Ugh, I have a tuner and I know how to tune, but every time I to Drop C it just goes out again.

Got any clue how I could fix this?

Also, i'm currently using a program on the computer to tune it to Drop C.
This is my tuner:

How would I tune to Drop C with it? :/

tune UP to the note. as you're dropping tune, go a bit past the desired note then tune
up to it. your strings will be alittle tighter and hopefully will keep tuning better

the easiest way (for me) to put it in drop c, is to throw a capo on the second fret, then tune to normal tuning. remove the capo and you will be a whole step down. then just drop the lowest string down one more step to a C.

Also, when you're tapping for this song, use the index and ring finger on your left hand to do the 10's and 12's, while your MIDDLE finger on the right to do the 14. Then for the 9 and 10, use the index and middle finger, while your middle finger on the right hand is doing the 12. You'll get it soon. You know when you "finger drum" on desks and stuff when you're bored. Practice!
R.I.P. Ronnie James Dio. Supplied amazing music to both me and my mother.

He will be missed.

Work a little on your phrasing too, it sounds a little forced

Im sorry, I just don't see how you could argue that hardcore isn't metal. That just seems arrogant to me.

Yes, its its own kind of metal, but its still metal.
