i need to figure out what head is this made by randall (solidstate,tube,model)

and if it would be good for my playing style

i play alot of metal/metalcore/hardcore/blues

and how much should i offer (its its worth it at all)

First things first, email him and ask the model number then go from there with your research.

you never know! it does say "offer anything!" just email the dude, if he's desperate to sell who knows lol you could be posting here about a new amp day with some ridiculous deal

but i'm sure he'd tell you the model if you asked him, after all he is trying to get rid of it

looks like a Randall Gx(x=1/2/3) RH model. solid state nothing too fancy i reckon though some luthiers (devries custom guitars) swear by these amps saying that with his guitars they produce the best metal tone in the world. depending on price their could be other good tube alternatives out their that you might wanna check out

i cannnot find randall amps pretty much anywhere

i checked guitar center and they dont have any randalls,i checked musiciansfriend and they dont have this model(by the way it looks)

it's a discontinued model by the looks of it G3 plus is the latest which replaced previous models.

and i tried to look up the Randall Gx(x=1/2/3) RH thing but couldnt find anything

thanks man,thats whats been throwing me off also is the chrome face plate

did the Randall G2 RH200 come with a optional chrome face plate or is it a completely diffrent amp?

because the ones i have seen are the ones with black face plates

i messaged the guy and he recently messaged me back and said its a Randall G2 RH200 and he said he is selling it for $250 (U.S)

is this worth it orshould i just pass
