Its a minor second, the notes are A on the G string and Bb on the B string.

Sometimes the note on the lower string is bent to make it a unison, however.

but there is one simple word for a chord found in hardcore music...scene

but, yea, there not just usually heard in hardcore music, its in alot of metal and rock
