This is my first attempt at a more serious recording. Would like some feedback and constructive criticism. The song is just the rhythm track, no vocals or leads have been added yet for simplicity's sake. Thanks for looking, hope you enjoy!

Edit: I understand this is a very generic metal song, I posted it just to get feedback on the recording quality, I definitely don't feel this song is "groundbreaking", lol.

Despite it sounding like every other generic metal song, it's not bad at all. And you did a damn good job with the recording. Especially the drum track.

Yeah, I am sorry, it is very generic. The main reason I didn't do something more original is because I had this song written when I was 15, and I thought it would be a lot easier to start recording with than some of the stuff my friend and I have been writing lately. Thanks a lot for the positive feedback!
