I can't seem to play the last 3 notes without them both ringing at the same time since they're both on the same string. I've tried "rolling" my index finger over them, but rolling it up and down doesnt seem to work too well. Any tips? What would you guys do?

You mean same fret?
well since the 6th fret isnt too far down the neck, you could try using your index finger on the D string and your middle on the A. not sure if theyll both fit though.
If not, try using a finger on your picking hand (probably middle or ring) to stop the note after you hit it
Or just work on rolling more, maybe with a different part of your finger
