witness, the end of guitar.
never in my life have i seen something so ridiculous, so stupid, and so pointless. when you've run so low on creativity and performance ability that you require a guitar with a flashing LCD Screen... music has ended

Or maybe your so talented that you want to add something more visual to your sound-based guitar playing.

just a bit of fun indeed, its not taken seriously. People still appreciate classier instruments, but then again most of them are mass assembled by mexicans rather than lovingly handcrafted; so whats your point?

Built in KAOS Pad would be awesome.

Because everyone from now on will play this instead of regular guitar.

Seriously - this probably just spawns more musical possibilities. Be happy with it.

*Edit*

I wrote this before I saw the video. I should not have done that.

that actually sounds cool.... it'd be better if he had it hooked up to something that detected the pitch, and it could make different designs and colors according to the note.

Sadly he didn't play the guitar.

What's it sound like, I don't really get the point of it.

He plays it in the other video, and it sounds like ****.

If Steven Wilson digs it, it must not be that bad.

Yeah. This...

I'd play episodes of funniest home videos when I'd be on stage on that LCD.
That would be so awesome!

I dunno, I wouldn't want to see Bob Saget at a concert, let alone on a guitar.

He plays guitar and sings during his stand-up sometimes. It's awful.

This. Granted if I buy one it'd be as a novelty, but still, it seems neat.

Im fine with a guitar that looks like a guitar. The thing actually looks cheap. Well, I guess it looks COOL, but I dont think it pass as a quality instrument. It might be a gimmicky thing that might fit in a live show. Who knows. I could imagine it live, but not as an instrument, as a trippy gimmick.

Ok, its starting to look decent now that I watched it again. I have yet to hear it being played though. I have mixed thoughts about it

Maybe if they had the screen bigger...
