So i was browsing around guitarcenter.com looking at some acoustic-electric guitars and one guitar that caught my attention was the fender strat acoustic-electric. Here is the link:

I want to know is this worth buying? If it is not worth buying, i would appreciate if you can recommend an acoustic-electric guitar between $200-$300 dollars prefabley one with a single cutaway. the type of music i play on acoustic is classic rock, soft rock, and some metal.

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.
