Hello!

For the last week or so i've been learning to play Classical Gas, and all is well, but i've recently become aware that my 4th finger is kind of inactive troughout the song.

Learning all by myself, i have no idea if this could cause some problems later on, it's not like i never use my 4th finger with fingerpicking, just classical gas really!

So, should i redo it all with the help of my 4th fingeror is there no reason to panic?

If you mean your ring finger then it's not really a problem, that's how I initially learned how to play it. That said it may be a good idea to bring it in, it makes some of the arpeggios flow more smoothly.
