My mom has a lot of stuff in her E-mail she needs, and she has a charter account. We're moving, and she needs to know, when we stop using charter for our internet and phone and everything (we'll be getting internet from a different provider here), will her E-mail account stay open? Please help, their FAQ's aren't really helping.

if charter is your service provider then when she closes her account, her email's won't be there, so I'd say save the emails to your hard drive.

Alright, thank you. I'll just tell her to copy and paste everything into notepad or something.

That's your best bet if she wants to keep them. Make sure she includes the e-mail addresses and does something similar with her address book too,
