How good are they? I know good is an opinion but give me your opinions on them. I'm looking at them for their radical shapes and because they have active pickups stock. They're not emg's but i'm sure they couldn't be too bad. Alright well tell me what you think about them. I'll post some links:

I know they're geared towards mostly metal by the way, but that's what i usually play anyways so i don't already need to know that but tell me what you think. Thanks!

Personally, I think they're all ugly as sin.
When altitude dropping, my ears started popping. One more red nightmare...

They are pretty nice. They have a good sound and are really comfortable to play for me.

I have a peavey, but not one with such radical shapes.

Mines the Peavey Generation EXP custom, tele model black and white with Piezo pickups, and i think that's gorgeus, best guitar i've ever held. Balanced, sounds amazing and really sturdy, even more expensive guitars are out-shined by my pride and joy :P

See that's what i want to hear haha. I'm kinda liking these guitars. I'm a die hard schecter fan but i want to try one of these out i think. Even if i don't like it i'm going to do it through gc so i'll have the 30 days to just exchange it. How are the pickups on the guitars that i listed?

The ONLY guitar you list above I would buy would be the V-Type model. That guitar is modeled after the older Peavey Vandenberg signature guitars. And for what the V-type is going for you could damn near find an original Vandenberg!

If you are wanting a good Peavey axe look at the older models that can be had very resonably these days. Like the Vandenberg, Destiny, G90, Nitro and Tracer models. These are more traditional body shapes though, not all crazy looking like those you list.

Just a thought.....

the only peavey i'd really trust are the Wolfgang (which i owned, EXTREMELY nice) and the HP series maybe
