The Clash, The Wipers, The Melvins and RHCP. im not looking to spend much over 700$

I've heard of a guitar with five colored frets, but they don't play well.

I'm digging the looks of that blue 50's Strat.
But I'm not sure if Single Coils are ideal for your type of music.
Maybe that Dean would be best tone-wise, but I'm not really sure....get some other feedback.

Get a fender jaguar or a fender mustang... You seem like you could really use of those to its fullest extent.

If you're going balls-deep for 650, lean away from Fender.. try something in the PRS family, or maybe a vintage strat. Very nice guitar indeed.

I take back what I last said about LP Jr's being way out of your price range.
They're going for $840 on Musician's Friend.

I HIGHLY recommend you save up for a Gibson LP Jr. At least try it out at some point.

EDIT: woops i posted that in the wrong thread lol. There's too many people asking for guitar recommendations nowadays. Ignore everything I've said.
