I have a Ibanez RG 120 guitar and just recently I changed the strings from .09-.42 to .09-.46 and I adjusted the truss rod to make up for the slight change.
Thing it I can't get it to tighten enough, it is dipping in too much like a 3 milimeters.
I tightened until i felt it was getting harder and it didn't budge.
I'd tell you to read your guitar's manual, but since you can't even read the forum descriptions I imagine it won't help.

Someones knowledge of guitar companies spelling determines what amps you can own. Really smart people can own things like Framus because they sound like they might be spelled with a "y" but they aren't.
Buy a set of .09 - .42 and undo any changes to the truss rod, since you obviously can't figure out it. For the price of a set of strings, its easier than getting a tech to adjust the truss rod for you, since you can't seem to figure out it.
