Take into consideration a few things.

Its a signature series.. the chances you'll specifically love it, are lowered by this.

Especially since you're asking a question playing it could tell.

It does, however have neck-thru construction. This pretty much always entitles it to at least okay upper fret access.

Also, they are not jumbo, so it may be a little tough higher up there..

Good luck

How would Xtra Jumbo frets be harder than Jumbo frets?

Fractal Axe-Fx Ultra
EBMM JP7 Dargies Delight II
Manuel Rodriguez C Cedar Top

He probably thought they were smaller frets than jumbo.
Looking at the guitar though, I feel that your hand might hit the lower wing coming out. But it depends also how low you are playing your guitar.

Eitherway I think you should be fine man, esp/ltd makes some legit guitars. I personally have an old Mustaine LTD DV8r and its freaking sick!

No, I didn't read it all the way through, extra jumbo is good.
