What is it? Simple question.
You can answer it however you want: right or left? Liberal or conservative? Capitalist or Socialist? Anarchy or a strong government?

For example, I'm a center-left liberal and believe in a socialist economy under a democracy of a strong government.
I'm not American but I'm an Obama supporter and the failures of the right-wing in Japanese, British, and American politics proved me that they weren't capable of governing in this era of hard times.
Although, I also believe that it should be balanced and the left shouldn't completely take over, so I'm conservative on some matters such as rape or prostitution.

I think Bill Maher and Barack O'Bama are intelligent people.
I think that George Bush was an idiot.
I think Bill O'Reilly and Rush Limbaugh are total assholes.
I also do not like our Prime Minister of Canada, Stephen Harper.

Take that how you will. Liberal I suppose.

Left.
In the UK I support the Liberal Democrats. In a wider scope I support some but not all aspects of Socialism.

Explain your views of conservatism on rape and prostitution. I'm pretty sure even a socialist would make that illegal

I doubt that O'Reilly actually believes in even most of what he says. He knows that the more stupidly ignorant he appears and the louder he shouts at people, the better his show will do at ratings.

He's not a politician; he's an entertainer.

Well I think they should both be prohibited and strictly dealt with, including harrassment and abuse of a female.
Rape especially, it's convincing enough to me when seeing the outrageous rape statistics of America, Russia, South Africa, and other countries, especially in college campuses.

I wanted him to win last election but that seems like an impossible feat. Harper is a puppet and he was a fan of Bush. Layton is my hero though, that mustache is pretty awesome really.

If I went any further left wing, I think I'd fall off the aeroplane.

I made friends with a guy last night, and he's in a militant anti-nazi gang. They've been around merseyside for the last five years, literally beating up nazis. Not sure if I want to get involved though, I don't believe in fighting fire with fire. But seriously, some of the nazi punks around here are very dangerous.

I'm actually talking about right now. I mean, I think Reagan was good even if he overused government money on military spending and reaganomix, but now we're seeing constant failures in right-wing politics.

See sig. I work closely with Fight Racism Fight Imperialism, technically known as the Revolutionary Communist Group. However I don't think that socialism is feasible for the west, we're too used to our rich lifestyles.

That's true but I was talking about now.

And even if those three were great presidents, let's remember how crap the three Roaring Twenties Presidents were.

Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Wilson, Franklin Roosevelt can also be considered liberals, even if they did have conservative sides.

Let's all remember that the Democratic Party of the US isn't really left-wing, but more like center-right.
Republicans, nowadays, are close to far-right in a crazy way.

Lincoln WAS a republican. Roosevelt was very liberal in some of if economic views (the "new deal" was such a great idea right?) I'm not ragging on Roosevelt he was a great president through the war years.

Some republicans are definitely waco. like I said I'm conservative not republican.

EDIT: And remember there is a balance I'm not totally right wing. cause you can get almost to totalitarianism if you go far right OR left. so you have to have a balance.

You say that because you voted Republican

But I'm not going to argue here because we can talk about this for years on end.

I just believe that the claims against the Obama administration by the right, both from the politicians and the public, are just childish in a way.
