This isn't a question about anchoring or techique or anything, but a while ago I stumbled accross an extremely long post about anchoring and how it was the most evil thing in the world. I've searched and searched, but I haven't been able to find it. I thought somebody might know where it's hiding.

Also, there is a page called "A Guide to the Modes" or something like that, giving the actual moods of the modes. If anyone knows where that is, I'd appreciate it as well.

Thanks!

It's the one where the guy said that one guy had got arthritus in his wrist and how Petrucci was a hack for anchoring. How he physically rested after a fast run and blah blah blah.

I remember that article... pretty sure it's total BS

Pretty much, but I still wanna read it.
