awe man the number twelve is such a good band.
hmm for me i'd have to say any song by A Day In Black and White. it goes from post-rock to punk/screamo and back i love that band

Between The Buried And Me often switch from really heavy parts into clean melodic parts.

Mordecai is my favorite example of that
