I am looking to spend roughly $500-$700 and hold no grudges against buying used gear. I'm looking for atleast a 2-channel tube amp that can produce warm to fendery-cleans and features a decent OD. I would also prefer it have an fx loop and be able to handle pedals well.

Rec's?

if you dont mind not having a set aside fx loop, you could try the same amp i have, a fender hot rod deluxe. great cleans, decent OD for classic rock, 2 channels. i run an OD pedal, wah, and whammy pedal thru it no problem.
My Gear:
Gibson Faded Flying V
"Dante's Inferno" Iceman
Fender Hot Rod Deluxe 112
etc.

I can't imagine anything worse than shagging to Mark Knopfler.

Maybe shagging Mark Knopfler, but that's about it.
