freewebs isn't bad, but it's a bit slow and they hardly give you any disk space. I'd make the site using the freewebs builder, then transfer it to some other hosting site (hosthelpers, atbhost, 10gbfreehost, etc). I've used all of those in the past, and would recommmend hosthelpers the most. I think they give you something like a GB for free.

I was thinking doing HTML & building one myself, but i dont get how you make a new page on it... or upload videos.. im get confused easily you see.

I'm building a site for guitar lessons, im teaching a couple people so i wanted to make a website so they can access it whenever.

And videos will come later. You cant get professional website designs for free.

to build a decent looking site u will need to be fluent with the following

HTML
DOM
javascript or vbscript
asp
advanced html
css

the best site on the net to teach u that stuff is w3schools.com

if u want to put up videos all u need are the object and embed tags used mutually to embed flash player on ur site
