i'm kinda self taught although i got taught the basics by a guy who everyone says looks like a cross between rofl harris an eric clapton

also the teacher who does the group lessons at college.. uhh, well i don't really know of any famous guitarists who look anything like him.
I like analogue Solid State amps that make no effort to be "tube-like", and I'm proud of it...

...A little too proud, to be honest.

If that doesn't count, the teacher before him looked like George Lynch

Well, I'm not taking lessons from Paul, but he taught my uncle how to play, and he taught me some stuff to help me solo. He really reminds me of Marty Friedman in terms of playing and attitude though. And he looks sort of like Marty if he grew a rugged beard.

He reminds me of Yngwie Malmsteen, because he has a super large ego. Well deserved though cause he can shred just as fast as Yngwie and can play any song you suggest him to learn.

I havnt taken lessons in months but My old teacher reminds me of the stereotypical Fender playing classic rock musician. Which would make sense because he has a cream SSS strat that he plays throug a big Fender amp. Short hair, tucked in dress shirt, etc.
