Never mind the details, just tell me which you'd choose if you wanted a bright bridge pickup. I don't know much about aftermarket pickups so I need your input.

I have no experience with Super D/Super 2, but every guitar I've played with a JB I've found quite bright sounding. Too bright for my tastes, so it might be exactly what you're after.

Genre?
Amp?
Guitar?

Seriously, we can't help unless we have that.

I have a JB, and it only really sounds good with high gain, as it has a nice 'bite' to it, and cuts through very nicely, and still sounds quite pleasant.
Thrash Metal + JB = very nice combo.
