I find that mic clips often come with the mics.
But yeah, doesn't look like it comes with one, which is weird.

Yeah, they usually do.

Unfortunately, the mic I own was purchased at a thrift store

You would need a clip.

But go to musiciansfriend. I got two of those for 30.

How did you get two for $30? I don't see anything on the site about buy one get one half off.

What does it mean by fixed boom? What part of it can't move which way?

Oh, and are there any universal mic clips you recommend?

No idea, it moves in every way I want it to. It might be a little short because I can't put it on the floor like I want to sometimes, but other than that. It's very adjustable.

I don't really know anything about clips. I just bought some. They are so so.

How tall are you? I'm 6'1", and my band's lead singer is 6'0", so we can't really get short mic stands.

They are surprisingly solid stands. Musicians Gear usually doens't make great stuff. But I love these. The one problem is if you extend the boom all the way out with a heavy dynamic mic the stnd is really unstable so that if you tap it, it falls over. But I mean you have to crank it all the way out horizontally.
