Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence by Dream Theater.

42 minutes long.

EDIT: If you don't count SDoIT as being in separate parts instead of a whole song, then the second would be the digital version of Cassandra Gemini by the Mars Volta which is 32 and a half minutes.

Not counting orchestral performances, that is, but I've only seen them live...

Oh, if whole album songs count then I guess maybe Colors - BTBAM at 1:04:09.

I did have the MP3s of a Tangerine Dream gig that consisted of one *very long* song split into 2 parts and an encore. And the song was only split in 2 because it was originallly released on vinyl....

Great for sleepless nights - trippy!

Actually, there's Cassandra Gemini by the Mars Volta, 32 minutes, but I've not given it a full listen yet... I'll do right now lol.
