Your guitar need to have a setup. Go in a shop.

is it possible that you can explain what to do?
i might be able to fix it myself, but right now i dont even know where to start. This has never happened to me before

Yep, I agree...you need a setup....you may have an uneven fret issue but get it set up first.

ya think so?
it's just that this is the first time I've ever had this issue

but odds are I'll go tomorrow seeing as how it is sunday
how i feel retarded walking into guitar stores

either way

thank you all for the suggestions

probably much safer than trying to figure it out myself

well if your strings are getting rusty they need a replace anyway. but seriously setup ftw

you mean to say you are whammying without a whammy bar? HOW?!?!

The easiest thing to do is to raise the action of the bridge.. If it is fixed there are two screws, turn lightly the one on the part of high strings anticlockwise.
If this doesn't work you should ask a professional.
