I would be a Bm7b5 ( B half-diminished ).

If you included the open E string(s) it would be Bm11b5, I suppose.

I use this chord ( E's included ) in "From the Beginning" , acoustic guitar tune from Emerson, Lake and Palmer.

It creates alot of tension, great chord.
