I'm working out around 4 months.

Bench is around 205, I don't really do curls/keep track.

I also had a pectus excavatum repair surgery in September so my chest is expectantly lagging behind other body parts.

16, 5'7.

Curling-never maxed out but 50 is easy for me so I don't know.

Bench- 130. That's more than my body weight, good for me

im 18, weigh prob 130-ish
i dont know how much i curl, but i bench around 170

before the next weight-lifting thread gets started im just gonna throw out my squat max too, 225

I'm 17. I'm so weak. I was pushing 120/130 bench a year ago, and now I'm back to 100. However, my real strength is in my legs. I was pushing 270/300 on the hip sled, now I'm starting back again at about 200.

I don't really focus on lifting very much.

Last time I did though I could max 1 rep at 210 bench. and 80 curl.

I'm 19 5'9" 160.

I focus more on toning and body weight exercises. I can do about 25 pullups.

Well I'm 20 and I have never maxed but my regular top for me is
about 205 for bench
dont know about curl, thats not as important to max
and 300 about for squat

I'm 150 and 6 foot tall

I'm 21, 5'7" 140 lbs, but I don't work out anymore. When I was working out in high school I weighed 155 - benched 270, squatted 410 (tried 420 - just to be cool - and failed) and I cleaned 240, but that was a long time ago. I'd bet I'm pretty weak now, but I realized it's cooler not to be vain and workout 'til you're stupid ripped.

All you gotta do is 1,000 sit ups a day and every girl in the world will think you're "bod is sooo hawt". **** weightlifting.

Well I work out regularily. I weigh 145, 5'9. not an ounce of fat on me, I'm 16

I was going for straight definition, high reps/low weight.
16-ish lbs in each hand, reps of 20 for curls,

80-90 lbs bench, reps of 20

More recently lower reps with higher weight

20-25lbs reps of 12
100lb bench reps of 12

Then at the end of my workout I do 110 lbs bench for a few reps of 12

EDIT: my max curl is like 60 or something. to be honest I've never tried curling my max

My max bench is around 160

I tore the small muscles in my sternum last year playing football and they still have never healed because it would take about 6 months of no chest activity.
