alright so I've had a crappy Esteban acoustic/electric for like two years and am finally deciding that I want to fix the action on it...It sucks and the intonation also sucks. Is there any way to correct the action on an acoustic?? Thanks in advance

Step 1. approach buxom bar wench
Step 2. Bet her 50p you can make her tits jiggle without touching them.
Step 3. Grab her tits and give them a good shake
Step 4. hand over 50p(the best 50p you ever spent).

There's a truss rod in (most) acoustics just like an electric. More commonly, though, the point at which you access it to adjust your neck is in the soundhole.
If the neck isn't bowed, and the action and intonation are just out, check your saddle. You can file it down, make sure it's in the correct way, or replace it entirely.

This is the advice you should be listening to. That is easily one of the best sites for acoustic knowledge EVER
