walk into wall,
muralized by your adorable eyes,
keep walking into the wall
pointblank stabbed by the light switch
as I am bleeding
screaming
te amo.

trust goes as far as the paint chips from the blistering years past
the children who cave in faster than any others
who hide their candies under the half off Sleepies' mattress,
and when the mommy finds 'em they tattle on each other,
but the little girl in the back doesn't hold any of the blame
yet she continues to stain her self, for reasons that leave
the blankest of slates dilute in selfconfliction

if you can't pull yourself out of it
I have an escape rope

if the anemometer tears away
the gusts go gray
like the man who haunts
your every taste
than i swear to god
I will build us a plane
and me and you can
glide through this ****ing haze

and as the vision relapses, beautiful tornado
we will find the stuffed animal
buried in the rubble
like a bunny in her hole
I'll tear through the sidewalk
dampened with plaster,
from the waterfall of houses
that once stood here.

and with this little animal, I'll let you play for awhile
talk it all over,
cry on my shoulder,
stop holding it in.

if you can't pull yourself out
if you can't pull yourself out...
I will start with the smallest of twine
and build you a rope
just stable enough,
just stable enough...
to have you rip through the spiderwebs
that torment you so

and with this little animal, I'll let you play for awhile
talk it all over,
cry on my shoulder,
stop holding it in.
this one is for you.

Not really sure about this one on first read Erik. It might grow on me though. I'll keep coming back and we'll see.
