...jk guy im in the market for a new amp,and I want something which is under $1000 USD, can achieve Paul Gilberts tone from technical difficulties, can get a good crunch tone, and with decent enough cleans to play some blues on it. Id like an amp that can go clean- mid gain- high gain all in one with no pedals needed other than amp footswitch.

Well, nowadays Paul uses a Marshall Vintage Modern, although personally I wouldn't go for one of them. Besides, they're one-channel.

Maybe a Laney LC50 combo? I saw him using one of those in the Scarified video...

EDIT: Nvm, it seems it was a TT100 combo, actually.

EDIT: Nvm, it seems it was a TT100 combo, actually.

TT100 is way out of budget...
So if I do get an LC50, could I set one channel to crunch, and one for high-gain? and for cleans I can always have my V33 and get an a/b output switcher right?
