My hard case smells like barffy banana -___- and to some what get rid of the smell I cleaned it out with this:




Will this make the finish react and come off?

Catalyzed Polyurethane is more or less impervious to chemicals.

Im almost certain epi's and gibsons come with poly finishes, so I think you are in the clear. But next time, just use some soapy water and let the case dry out....
