Just pick any 2 chords that you can play. Set a metronome to a low setting. Play one chord per beat, and don't change the tempo until you can change the chords without thinking. Just do that with all the chords you can.

There are some good finger independence exercises in Guthrie Govan's book Creative Guitar 1. In it he has some exercises where you are basically swapping two fingers at a time while they are in a chord position. I'll try to tab one of the exercises below. Hopefully it will make sense. You start out with an F# major 7th chord and then you keep changing two fingers at a time. You can keep cycling through it. He has a few others similar to it in the book. The book is worth checking out.

E string 1-2-2-2-3-3-3-4-4-4-1-1-1
B string 2-1-3-3-2-4-4-3-1-1-4-2-2
G string 3-3-1-4-4-2-1-1-3-2-2-4-3
D string 4-4-4-1-1-1-2-2-2-3-3-3-4
