Here is the deal. I own the following

a Mesa Mark IV with a 2*12 cab
a Fender Supersonic combo
a Boss ME-50

about 500 bucks and a ton of cables

Here is what i want to do. I want my clean sound to come ffom the Fender, since i love the tone, and all other stuff on the Mesa. I also have been told alot about effekts loop, but i ont get it still, whats the point.

Please help me. whan do you suggest.

Get or make an A/B box to split the signal and then you can use it to switch back and forth. The effects loop allows you to insert effects between the pre and power amp sections so that it sounds better when using the amps preamp distortion. Use it for time based and modulation effects like delay, reverb, chorus, tremolo, flanger, etc.

im pretty sure theres a pedal that you can connect both the amps to switch back and fourth. You dont need to use the fx loop, its just an option where you can put your effects into to make them more distinct. dont quote me though...

so i can put the effects board in the loop?

Yes, but just use the modulation and time based effects. I would assume you're not using any of the modeling stuff since you've got a MK IV.
